The Maverick County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to the international port of entry 2 shortly after 11:00 pm on Thursday, January 2 where agents at the port detained a male subject wanted on murder charges out of Crystal City, Texas.
The subject, sixty-three year old Cesar Dominguez Chavez, was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing after the warrant was confirmed.
It's reported that Dominguez murdered two individuals at a Crystal City residence back then.

The United States Customs and Border Protection arrested a 63-year-old subject who was wanted for murder in Zavala County back in 1990.
