-Plains Capital Bank
Plains Capital Bank President Sam Juve was gracious yet very serious when he emceed the event honoring Humberto "Beto" Garza for his 37 years in the banking industry on Thursday at the all-new Plains Capital Bank and said, "Don't be a stranger."
Garza embarked on his retirement journey on March 31st and as his family, friends and former colleagues gathered to greet him and express their collective gratitude for all that he has done and continues to do for this community it is clearly evident the honor was definitely well-deserved as The Honorable Ramsey English-Cantú bestowed upon him an honor he did not personally recall ever being done, making him Mayor of the City of Eagle Pass for a day.
