The Jesus “Chuy” Sanchez Memorial Cowboy Breakfast hosted by the Maverick County Junior Livestock Association will takes place Tuesday morning, January 23, 2018, from 7 to 9 am at the Zan Mathies Showbarn, located at the Maverick County Lake.

A 29-year-old man from Eagle Pass, identified as Vince Ibarra, is reported to be in serious condition from severe burns to his body after being involved in a fiery crash when the vehicle he was traveling in collided with a tree and caught fire.
The Women with Vision Empowerment organization will be hosting another session on Tuesday, January 23, at the Four Seasons Hall located at 2735 North Veterans Boulevard from 12. PM to 1 PM.
