  Eagle Pass native Ricardo Gil, 48 was arrested in San Antonio for his part in an apparent threat against San Antonio’s Chief of Police.
  According to reports in The San Antonio Express News, Gil is responsible for leaving a suspicious package for Chief of Police William McManus prompting the department to call in a bomb squad to further investigate the contents of the package.

39 year old Richard Nikolai Gratkowski, a Federal Special Agent with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security was arrested on January 4, 2018 for charges of receiving child pornography.
